What to Include in Support Requests
Help us help you faster by including:
- Your account email
- What you're trying to do
- What's happening instead
- Steps to reproduce
- Error messages (full text or screenshot)
- Design ID (if relevant)
- API request (redact your API key!)
Example Good Support Request
"I'm trying to generate a certificate using the API. When I send a POST request to /api/v1/render with design ID 'abc123', I get a 400 error saying 'INVALID_ELEMENT' for 'recipent_name'. I've attached a screenshot of my layer names in the editor."
